Read MoreI’ll never forget when a new teacher shared how much a training session had inspired them. It was a reminder that growth isn’t just about developing skills—it’s about using our experiences to support and inspire others. For me, this is the heart of teaching and learning: a two-way process where everyone thrives.
This journey has taught me to recognize and nurture the potential in every individual, whether it's the progress of little Champs or the development of fellow educators. Every success brings me immense satisfaction.
